Random March

I always love late season snow storms. The snow doesn't last long but the kids always have fun playing in it.

My bedroom is super dirty, but Audrey is cute so I guess I have to post this one. ;)

I went out to prune the trees and Mosey "helped" me. She's always SO helpful.

Speaking of Mosey...Mike likes to pretend he doesn't like the cats and then I find evidence to the contrary. ;)

Random picture of Sarah eating chips because she's getting SO big!

It's been a while since I've found kid selfies on my phone. They always make me smile.

Sarah was invited to compete in the state math competition held at Weber State. It's great her math teacher believed in her and gave her the opportunity to compete.

Random pics of Adam being Adam

The boys usually lament the fact that Sarah doesn't play with them very often. One day, Steven went to play at a friends house, so without prompting Sarah asked Adam if he wanted to play with her. It was a good day. :)

Our boys participated in Federation Piano this year for the first time. This means they memorize two piano pieces and perform them in front of three judges. You aren't allowed to film it, so I don't have video of it. I meant to record them at home and then forgot. (can I blame Audrey?) ;) They both did really well and received Superior ratings, which is the highest you can get. I can't find Adam's certificates, so I'll have to look again. (It's November and I'm playing catch up)

Audrey is FIVE months old!

I wonder at what point I'll stop doing monthly posts that revolve solely around Audrey. For now, we take so many pictures of her that it's easy to give her a monthly post.

Audrey can roll over both ways now although when she goes back to stomach she forgets how good she is at stomach to back and gets angry. (I just looked at her 4 month post and apparently that's when she learned it. She's just been perfecting it this month)

She had her first taste of real food in the form of organic baby oatmeal. Mmmmm.....

Hanging out with her brother at bedtime.

Mike was still awake when I took the first one, and then he wasn't five seconds later. :)

Audrey discovered her feet and LOVES them.

Mike was supposed to put Audrey for bed, and after a while I went looking for him. She was fussy, so he decided to rock her and then he himself fell asleep. He really is the best.

The boy's school put up balloon arches for Grandparent's Day, so Audrey needed a picture. Of course.

The boys love it when Audrey and I pick them up. Mostly Audrey, but they're okay that I come along as well.

These aren't her official five month pictures, but she looked so cute we took some pictures. Her smile makes me so happy. It's impossible to be upset around her.

On her 6 month birthday she did Pilates with me in the morning and then we had Indian food for lunch with Sheryl.

I went outside to do some yard work and Audrey came to help out. I'm so glad we get to go outside more. The sunshine feeds my soul. :)

Although she's up against the couch, she can sit up by herself for a few seconds until something causes her to fall to the side.

These are her official five month pictures. I forgot the sticker, but I managed to capture some supreme Audrey cuteness. Every day with her is a gift and she brightens all of our days. If her siblings are ever grumpy I just hand them Audrey and they relax. (Except when she starts crying and then the boys get stressed out and quickly hand her back)

It's all about puppy dogs and babies

Audrey and I went to the boys school to have lunch and they both learned an important fact of life. Chicks dig babies! The boys were instantly swarmed by girls fawning over her incredible cuteness. (I can't blame them, she's pretty stinkin' cute) Steven talked about how girls that never talked to him before were all around him. He asked me to bring her back to lunch ASAP. It was really cute.
