When dad is in charge of taking you to gymnastics you might as well go with bed head and your leotard backwards. Living her best life. ;)

Adam and the six foot rainbow bear
We went to the DI a couple times to find extra lacrosse gear for Steven and a foosball table. (I passed up a $10 foosball table and then had to find a different one a pay a lot more) Mike took the boys one of the times and Adam asked if he could buy a stuffed bear. I said yes, underestimating the size. It was gigantic! It also came from a thrift store, so we needed to take it to a laundromat to have it cleaned.

Happy 14th Birthday Dudeous Maximus!
Steven turned the big 1-4! We celebrated with birthday dinner at Mike's parents a couple days before his birthday and then his birthday dedicated to all things Steven.

Teenage driver in the house!
Well folks, she did it! Sarah is now a legal driver! She delayed by a couple months because Mike wasn't around and I am not meant to be my children's drivers ed teacher. I was also the mean mom that actually made her get all of the hours she was supposed to get, so it took her a little while. Writing from the month of May I can say that it's been a huge blessing. Mike has been gone a lot with his school last year and Delta training this year, and having Sarah help has been wonderful.

Little Miss Piggie
I should probably start taking more random pictures of my older kids so I can dedicate more posts to them, but until then... I thought I would mark the momentous occasion that Audrey's hair can now be put in piggy tails . We got all dressed up and went to the Children's Museum. Audrey doesn't usually let me do her hair, but it's adorable when she does.

Jesus Wants Me for a SUNBEAM!
Audrey hit a big milestone today. She became a sunbeam! For those of you not of our faith, this is the name of the Sunday class Audrey attends that is made up of other three year olds in our congregation. Mike taking off for five months has given Audrey some serious separation anxiety from me, so hasn't been thrilled to go to class without me. Thankfully she has the McCormicks as teachers and they are heaven sent. They go above and beyond to make their children feel loved and want to go to class.
