Cruise day 1&2- Galveston and cruising

We arrived in Galveston, TX the night before we left on our cruise Easter morning. Someday (maybe) Mike and I will learn to have our kids wear swim gear any time they are near the water. The plan was to just go on a walk, but it ended with everyone but mom playing in the water. We bought Audrey an Elsa kite and enjoyed watching how high they could get it. A nice family invited Audrey to join in their Easter egg hunt and she not only got candy, but some dollar bills.

The first two days of the cruise were just cruising, so we all hung out and explored the ship. We had adjoining rooms for our family and my parents were a couple doors down. Steve and Lynette were on a different floor, but we coordinated meet ups. We spent a lot of time at the pools and in the hot tubs.

Mike and the boys rode Flowrider a few times and they were all pretty good right off the bat.

We went to our first formal dinner and decided were ghetto and would rather eat the buffet and pizza most of the time.
