Mike and I have lived in Utah for Most of our lives and somehow have never been to the Bonneville Salt Flats. I've noticed during Covid-19 that more people are getting outside and visiting landmarks. I saw half a dozen posts about the salt flats before we went. We brought things to play frisbee and baseball, but the weather wasn't great. The kids talked Mike into going fast and I asked him to slow down when we hit the governor around 115 mph. Mike gave each kid a chance to drive and now they all think they're pros. (Sarah reminds us on an almost daily basis that she's "almost 15" and will be getting her license soon.) They all made me a little nervous, but it was probably more my nerves than their bad driving. (Maybe)

Random March
If you notice the books behind the chair, this has nothing to do with my cleanliness. Audrey loves to pull her books off the shelves. I constantly put them back, and she takes them right back down. Sometimes I'll let them sit there for a week.
Audrey is in the fun, and obvious, toddler peek-a-boo phase where she hides in plain site and believes she is invisible. It's adorable and we all play along.
Audrey likes to read books while she allows us the great opportunity to mop up her soiled diapers. Very generous of her.
I left the Tylenol PM bottle on our bathroom counter open and Mike didn't notice it when Audrey was "helping" him get ready. She may have taken some, so we had to take her to the ER. She didn't have much in her system, but we had to stay there for a few hours to get test results. Not our favorite parenting moment.
One of the adjustments we've had to make during Covid is virtual piano lessons. The kids liked being home, but they definitely weren't the same. Their teacher Mary Beth is pretty much the best.
Steven and Audrey joined me for my P90X videos for a while. Audrey would pounce whenever we got low enough for her to.
Adam created this thing with Trio Blocks and then took it with him on a walk.
Audrey loves cheese puffs. Mom? Not so much. ;)
Don't mind Audrey, she's just watching a morning show, on my head. She was incredibly content, so I let her stay there. If only my young mother self had been this laid back. ;)

Visiting Erik
We always love leaving behind the busyness of normal life and going to visit Erik's grave. It is very quiet and peaceful there and the boys enjoy walking around and exploring.
The kids like to look at the different headstones and discovered this one. Mr. Andrus had a few wives. That must have been a busy household!

Happy St. Patty's Day!
I have become a little lame during Covid-19. I feel fairly unaffected by it, yet at the same time not going to stores as much has made it challenging to do "cool stuff". Case in point, St. Patrick's Day. I had nothing planned. At all. Thankfully I have really cool neighbors and my friend Andrea Adamson brought us green doughnuts, plates and coins. She's always doing kind stuff. It completely saved me from "Lame Momdom". :) I have a feeling I'll need her help next St Patrick's Day as well. ;)

Swingin' Baby!
The kids swung Audrey in a blanket and she became an instant addict, insisting on them doing it over and over (and over) again. Everyone was happy to oblige because of how adorable it was to hear her glee.

Temple bound
On the 7th we took Steven to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple to perform baptisms for the dead for the first time. (For our friends and family that may wonder what this means, you can find more information here) I'm so grateful we were able to go before they shut temples. It's now October and I realized I hadn't posted this. We haven't gone to the temple in months and I miss it. I'm sure the temples are going to be incredibly busy once they reopen, because so many of us realize what we're missing. (Mike will be happy we found this picture since it has his "sweet mustache".

Audrey Update
The little princess had her 15 mo check up a couple weeks ago. We moved it up a few days because she'd had a mild fever and was very unhappy. Turns out she had double ear infections and the flu. Sarah and Steven tested negative for the flu, but they probably had a mild case of it. Their pediatrician said the flu shot probably made it less severe. They still stayed home from school for a few days. (While Mike sat on a beach in Guam) ;)
Here are Audrey's stats:
Weight- 19 lbs 7 oz- 4% and about where Sarah was as a toddler.
Height- 31 In- 59%
Head- 18.75 - 89%- She needs a place to store her big brains.
She has a mouth full of teeth, but thankfully she isn't biting us with them.
She has been able to walk for a while now and is getting fast. She loves to run away from us when we chase her. She also loves to dance and at the moment "Dance Monkey" is her favorite jam. If you haven't listed to it before, don't. ;) You aren't missing anything.
